Terms of Service

As the artist, I reserve the right to deny anyone service.
I will not do anything racist, homophobic, transphobic, or political in any way.
Art takes time. If you're not willing to accept that I have limits to how fast I can work please take your business elsewhere.
Proof of a damaged or lost package is required for a refund. Refunds are only available for damaged or lost items.
For digital works, you will not receive your money back once it has exchanged hands but you can keep the art that has been completed.
For payment, I expect half of the payment upon receiving the first sketch and the other half once the piece is completed.

NSFW Policy

For Smut Works!

I will draw NSFW for 18+ individuals.
I do have permission to ask for identification if you are suspected of being a minor.
If I find out you are a minor that has asked for NSFW art I will blacklist you and refuse to work with you in the future.
I will not draw minors, animals, or real people in sexual situations.
If the subject matter makes me uncomfortable I will not draw it.

For Defective or Damaged Products:

Proof of a damaged or lost package is required for a refund. Refunds are only available for damaged or lost items.
If you pay to return damaged products, new products will be shipped
at no extra charge.
No refunds for digital products. If files are lost please feel free to reach out and a new copy can be sent with proof of purchase.
